The same Basswood Inc. crew that does the earthwork can quote the pad, the trench, the railing, and the set so the unit stays put through freeze-thaw.
Authorized dealer lines as named on each page. Pads, crane, gas, and electrical are quoted as site work — not buried in the unit price.

We serve Huron Shores, Thessalon, Echo Bay, Desbarats, Bruce Mines, Iron Bridge, Blind River, Spanish, Massey, Webbwood, Espanola, Elliot Lake, St. Joseph Island, Richards Landing, Hilton Beach, and the wider Algoma Region. Cottage work on Big Basswood, Little Basswood, Clear Lake, and Bright Lake is regular. Delivery of spas and saunas is a flat $250 from Sault Ste. Marie to Elliot Lake.

A flat $250 from Sault Ste. Marie to Elliot Lake, including Huron Shores camps we can reach on a trailer. Ontario HST applies to product and delivery. Outside that corridor, call 705-943-4141 before paying — we will quote freight. Custom sunrooms, covers, railings, and stone are quoted on site.
How do I pay?
Interac e-Transfer to build@basswoodinc.ca with auto-deposit and your order number in the message — no extra fee. Credit card is available with a 2% card fee after HST, same as Basswood Snow.
Do you install the pad and electrical?
Yes — Basswood Inc. in Huron Shores already does the ground. Pad, crane, trenching, and electrical are quoted as site work, not buried in the spa price. The unit, the grade, and the finish are one path.
